Remote Services Technician, Tier II:

  • Wireless configuration for all operating systems including Windows, iOS, OSx, and Android
  • Windows network installation and configurations on XP, Vista, Win 7, 8 and 10.
  • Router configuration i.e. wifi network, security, ip addressing, parental control.
  • Setting up new devices onto the private network i.e. game consoles, iPads, tablets, Wireless Printers.

System Engineer and Security Specialist consultant:

  • Provide support and maintenance of all PC’s, servers, and network infrastructure.
  • Install, configure and administer multi-function/multi-user information processing systems.
  • Provide helpdesk support of MS 2003/2008/2012 server, including installation of network software, granting access to users and assigning passwords, creating user groups, managing shared resources and installing peripherals; Installation and maintenance of Active Directory.
